Coastal Teams will practice at First United Methodist Church (FUMC).

It is very difficult to find facilities that can cooperate 100% all the time. The above gym facilities have reserved the gym space for our club to practice, but as you may know, church facilities first priorities are to accommodate their athletic/church programs that are in season. We have a written agreement with all locations, but there may be a few conflicts. Therefore, we have made contact with other facilities within the surrounding areas in case conflicts do arise.

Tournament agendas, lodging arrangements and other important travel information will be provided to each player as soon as the club directors have received the information from the tournament directors. We prefer to do most of our communication through e-mail and our website. We will post hotel and tournament information for your team on the website as soon as it is available.

We will distribute the hotel information for parents in advance on the web page or by email so that you will be allowed to make reservations. Each team will have a certain number of rooms reserved. If you have not made a reservation by the deadline date the rooms cannot be guaranteed.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

In order for the Lone Star Region to support any sanctions put on by the club, one of these two below procedures must take place. If at any time a player is in the possession of or involved with any type of illegal drugs or alcohol, they will be given two options.

• Option One: Go immediately to a clinic and have a drug test assessed
• Option Two: The police will be called to do a report.

If the player(s) are found at fault, further action will take place depending on the severity of the issue. The player may be sent home from the event, dismissed for a period of time, or released from the team permanently (at the expense of their parent/guardian).
